Strolling and shopping

Discover many cosy cafés in the city centre and shop in the mainly owner managed shops.

Shopping & Restaurants

The wide pedestrian zone awaits you with charming cafés and restaurants and a variety of owner-managed shops.

The city centre of Bad Nauheim is framed by art nouveau and Wilhelminian style buildings. It owes its special charm to these and the many small shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The quarter between Park- and Hauptstraße or Friedrich- and Kurstraße is large enough for an extensive and interesting stroll through the city. Walk through the pedestrian zone up to the Burgpforte and the market place before taking a shopping break in one of the many cafés or restaurants. Parents like to use the benches in Stresemannstraße to rest their tired feet, because the children love the many small bubbling fountains next to the seats. A "favourite place" of the Bad Nauheim residents is the Aliceplatz. While the water splashes in the Schuckhardtbrunnen, people drink a coffee or prosecco here.

More to enjoy

| © BNST GmbH Sprudelgeist The apple-quince liqueur tastes of sweet apple before developing a slightly sour note of quince. It tickles slightly on the tongue. The rust-brown colour is reminiscent of the great fizz in the Sprudelhof. The liqueur is available in different sizes and as a gift box with matching glasses at the Tourist Information.
