Elvis and Gospelmusic

Gospels, spirituals and hymns were the first music Elvis Presley ever heard and sang. This music is deeply rooted in Elvis' memory. A source of eternal comfort and spiritual peace. Elvis' first album, "Peace in the Valley", was released in April 1957. It was a labour of love for him.

Let us remember him in this workshop with these gospel songs, working on them together and singing them. No choir experience or knowledge of music notation is required. Anyone who enjoys singing and is open to new experiences is welcome to join us.
