City Caching in Bad Nauheim
Go on a discovery tour during our two GPS tours. Get to know the town of Bad Nauheim with all its sights or explore the beautiful nature with a short walk through the forest park.
City Caching Tour
The electronic treasure hunt through Bad Nauheim starts at the Tourist Information. With the GPS device and a questionnaire the city is explored. Over 14 different puzzles at the different stations you can learn a lot of new things about Bad Nauheim. The waypoints are distributed in the city centre and the parks. You walk along all the important sights such as the fountain courtyard, the drinking cure complex, the church "Dankeskirche", the spa gardens or the planet walking trail.
The City Caching Tour takes about 2 hours. The pre-programmed GPS devices can be borrowed at the Tourist Information for a fee of 8,00 € per device. Five devices are available for rental. Ideal is a group size of up to three persons per device. The questionnaire is especially suitable for families with children or school classes or even a good idea for a child's birthday party.
Geocaching Forest Tour
An exciting GPS tour in and around Bad Nauheim! By means of a GPS device and a questionnaire, you will be given various thinking tasks at 16 different stations in the spa gardens, forest park and city centre. Via the way points, which are controlled with the GPS devices, you will receive a lot of additional information about the nature and history of the forest park.
The City Caching Tour takes about two hours. The pre-programmed GPS devices can be borrowed for a fee of 10,00 € per device. There are four devices available for rental. Ideal is a group size of up to three persons per device. The questionnaire is particularly suitable for families with children of primary school age or school classes. It is advisable to wear robust shoes!
